Pricing
Prices can vary because they include travel and expenses and are based on the location of the event and the size of the canvas. Canvases are of high quality to ensure you will have an heirloom to pass on to future generations. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. Prices include travel 50 miles from Radford, Virginia.

What materials do you use for the artwork?
I work with Golden Fluid Acrylics and Golden Artist Acrylics paint. These paints allow for quick work and have the highest and best pigmentation to make sure the painting lasts for generations!
How long will it take for my artwork to be completed?
Paintings are mostly finished by the end of the event! Each package comes includes up to 7 hours paint time on site. If any touch ups or finishing details are needed, the painting will be completed in studio and sent out within a month a. Shipping and adjustments are included in each package.
Can you accommodate special request or themes for paintings?
Absolutely! I am happy to accommadate any special request or themes for your portrait. I strive to understand the couple’s vision and any specific elements they want included, ensuring the final piece is a perfect reflection of their special day.
Are you insured?
I have business liability insurance, and will have no difficulty working in a venue that requires vendors to be insured!
Can I work with you to make a payment plan for the painting?
Yes! Each booking requires a 25% deposit of the whole cost of the painting and travel to secure the day. The rest is due 1 month before the wedding. But if you would like to break it down into more payments, I’d be happy to work with you!
Do you allow rescheduling event dates for emergencies?
I do my best to reschedule dates if I am available, however I book up months to years in advance so I can't guarantee availability. In that scenario any amount past the deposit will be refunded.
My wedding day had already passed. Can you still create a painting for me?
Yes! If I am already booked for the date, or your wedding has past. I can recreate a stunning portrait from photos of the event!
